About Edchanto
We started Edchanto because too much tutoring felt like a generic script.
Most families don't need a tutor who covers every topic in a subject — they need someone who can look at last Tuesday's quiz, find the one step that broke down, and fix that specifically. Edchanto was built around that idea: subject-specialist tutors, matched by grade level and curriculum, working from the student's actual classwork from the first session.

Start from the actual work
Every session plan begins with a real assignment, test, or syllabus — never a generic worksheet unrelated to what's being graded in class.
Match by subject, not just availability
Tutors are assigned by subject specialty and course level first. Scheduling convenience matters, but never at the cost of a weak subject match.
Write it down
A short recap after every session means parents always know what happened and what's next — no guessing based on a vague 'it was fine.'
Where we work
Fully online, across three countries
Edchanto tutors work with students across the United States, Canada, and Australia, entirely online. Sessions are planned against the curriculum a student is actually taught to — state standards and Common Core in the US, provincial curricula in Canada, and the Australian Curriculum (including ATAR-linked subjects) in Australia — rather than a one-size-fits-all syllabus.
