Math Tutoring

Edchanto's math tutoring pairs your child with a tutor who works from the same textbook, worksheet, or online platform their teacher is already using, so a session starts from tonight's homework instead of a generic curriculum.

How a typical math session runs

• The tutor reviews the student's recent classwork or a problem set they're stuck on before the session starts.
• The first 10 minutes are spent finding exactly where understanding breaks down — not re-teaching everything from scratch.
• The rest of the session works forward from that gap with guided practice, checked in real time.
• A short written recap goes to the parent after each session: what was covered, what to watch for, what's next.

Where math tutoring tends to help most
