Terms of Service
1. Services
Edchanto arranges one-on-one online tutoring sessions between independent tutors and students. Sessions are educational support and are not a substitute for formal school enrollment or a diagnosis of any learning condition.
2. Booking & payment
Packages are billed monthly in advance. Single sessions are billed at the time of booking. Prices are listed on our pricing page and are subject to change with notice.
3. Cancellations & rescheduling
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge. Packages may be paused or cancelled between billing cycles.
4. Parent & guardian consent
For students under 18, a parent or legal guardian must book sessions and agree to these terms on the student's behalf.
5. Limitation of liability
Edchanto strives for high-quality tutoring but does not guarantee specific grade outcomes or test scores.
